About YouVisa UK
YouVisa UK is an information website of Wang Law Firm, focused on UK immigration and UK–U.S. planning for Chinese-speaking clients.
What we do, and what we don't
YouVisa began in Montréal in 2006 and is now based in Chicago: U.S. immigration at youvisa.com, Canadian immigration at youvisa.ca, and UK information at youvisa.co.uk.
In the UK, only solicitors, barristers and advisers registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) may lawfully give UK immigration advice or services. Wang Law Firm is a U.S. law firm and is not IAA-registered, so this website provides general information only, not UK immigration advice.
For UK visas, settlement or citizenship, we introduce a partner UK solicitor who is engaged by you, bills you and is professionally responsible to you directly. U.S. visas, green cards and cross-border tax are handled by our U.S.-licensed attorney.

UK applications are handled by partner UK solicitors who practise independently of Wang Law Firm.
